Recently, a number of powerful LLM programming tools such as Cursor, Trae, and Windsurf have emerged on the market. However, these tools typically require a paid subscription and involve complex rule (Rule) and protocol (MCP) configurations to optimize the user experience.
In contrast, Amazon's newly launched programming tool, Kiro, takes a different approach: it is completely free during the beta testing phase and can be used directly for project development without any cumbersome configurations.
Currently, Kiro has opened a waitlist for applications, preventing many users from experiencing its latest features. However, I discovered that by simply installing the tool via the installer package, users can bypass the waitlist restriction and log in directly to use it.
